GF series PVC plastic pipe production line

Applied for manufacture of PVC pipe, UPVC pipe, or drain pipe.
Performance & Advantages:
1. This line is mainly used in the manufacture of the plastic PVC pipe with various tube diameters and wall thickness in the aspects such as the agricultural and constructional plumbing, cable laying etc.
2. This set is composed of the conical twin-screw extruder, vacuum calibration tank, printer, haul-off, cutter, stacker, etc.
3. The extruder and extractor adopt the imported AC frenquncey control device.
4. The vacuum pump and the main motor adopt the famous brand.
5. The haul-off has many different kinds of Model, such as two-claw, three-claw, four-claw, five-claw, six-claw.
6. About the cutter, you can choose the saw blade cutting type or the planet cutting type.
7. We also can offer some auxiliary machine about the pipe extrusion line.
