Nano Modifying Masterbatch-BaSO4

Application:
For LDPE/LLDPE/HDPE film. (Transparent/Colorful PE bags)  blowing molding, injection molding,sheets, pipes..... 

Benifits:
1. Reduce application products' cost. 
2. Keep application products' good gloss, good toughness, good transparency for films. 
3. Enhance strength of films in specific adding ratio.
4. Food contact if dosage below 20%

Advice:
1.only need to mix BaSO4 filler masterbatch with other raw materials and blend well, then direct use for film blowing, no need to adjust exturder speed or tempreture without tecnical sugesstions.
2.Dosage suggested 5-20%, and up to customer's pratical situation and options for different performances.
3.Keep stock dry and use up BaSO4 filler masterbatch in short time, otherwise mositure accumulated will influence film production.
