Technology
The product is made out of PE resin, granule of 1250mesh to 2500mesh, couplant with silicane on surface and other filler with precise technique.The product has good physical properties (nature of plastic), It has high dispersibility and stability which protects machine's precision. This product absorbs water from the plastic raw material in the plastic products' manufacturing process, and eliminates the  bubbles and ripples casuced by moisture. Saving electric energy, improving productivity and reducing costs.

Adding ratio 
Mix the masterbatch evenly with raw materials directly. Adding ratio range is 1-6%, normally recommended 2-3%. Please adjust adding ratio according to moisture's content.

1. Water-absorbing ability: 25% weight equals as itself.
2. The product has good dispersibility, excellent compatibility with PE, PP materials. Finished product still maintains good appearance even with a high proportion of filling.
3. Low heat, and doesn't drip when burning. No black smog, No secondary pollution and no damage to the incinerator.
4. The product gives blowing film breathability.
5. Improve the working environment and measure automatically comparing with filling powder directly.
6. Nontoxic, non-irritant, high plasticization, saving cost. 

Application:
Applied for thermo PO such as PP, LDPE, HDPE, LLDPE, EVA, biodegradable plastics, recycled plastics. Like film, plastic tableware, sheets, tube and so on.
